Odum, a licensed chiropractor, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Union County entered on a verdict in favor of plaintiff, Carl Chamness, in a malpractice action brought by him against defendant Odum. The issues on appeal are: (1) whether the trial court improperly excluded evidence of an alleged admission contained in Chamness pleadings in his workmens compensation claim; and (2) whether plaintiff failed to establish the standard of care against which Dr. Odums treatment of plaintiff was to be measured.
